Owen Killeen is spending the summer at the Federal Highway Administration's Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center. Owen is a rising senior and is the recipient of a Grants for Research Fellowship from the Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship Program. He is conducting research on the Autoclaved Concrete Prism Test, a new, ultra-rapid test method for screening aggregates for alkali-silica reactivity. The official UA news release can be found here.
